U.S. Supreme Court officials are actively reviewing how justices are protected outside the high court building in the wake of the April 30 assault on Justice David Souter near his D.C. home. The policy review is taking place at the highest levels, sources at the Supreme Court say, though no official confirmation was forthcoming. "We don't discuss security," said spokeswoman Kathy Arberg.
