Klehr, Morgan Close $815.3 Million Deal

Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg & Ellers teamed up with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius to help put together an $815.3 million sale-leaseback real estate transaction between their mutual client Sun Capital and Spirit Finance that resulted in the sale of several stores to Spirit Finance that were acquired by Sun Capital. The deal is said to be one of the largest sale-leaseback transactions in U.S. history. Steven Navarro of Morgan Lewis and Bradley Krouse of Klehr Harrison were the lead attorneys for Sun Capital.
