Delaware's Associate Salaries Are on the Rise
Two Wilmington, Del.-based firms -- Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell and Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor -- announced on the same day that they're raising associate pay to $135,000, boosting the first-year level by $10,000. Meanwhile, Morris, James, Hitchens & Williams, also in Wilmington, is increasing its first-year pay to $120,000 in September.
