True Religion Reaches Settlement

Christie, Parker & Hale LLP, an intellectual property law firm, said it obtained a consent judgment in favor of jeansmaker True Religion Brand Jeans in a trademark-infringement lawsuit brought against competing denim maker Triple S Productions Inc. At issue was True Religion's stylized "U" design and the rainbow-colored rotational stitching used on its pants, jeans, shorts, jackets and skirts.
