"I am pleased that the Supreme Court agreed with our main argument that the appellate court improperly extended the holding in 'Bridgewater-Raritan' to impose a notice obligation on employers in the absence of a specific statutory provision requiring it," said counsel for the Somerville Board of Education, Marc H.
