Fourth Jersey City Muni Judge Out as Ticket Fixing Probe Widens

Another judge -- the fourth so far -- has been hobbled as the New Jersey attorney general and the state judiciary investigate rampant ticket fixing in the Jersey City Municipal Court. Judge Victor Sison advised the city's mayor on Wednesday that he was taking an unpaid leave of absence. He did not give a reason, but sources familiar with the investigation say Sison may have had his personal parking tickets dismissed by another judge who has taken an unpaid leave of absence in the midst of the probe.
