Philadelphia's Duane Morris has been hit with a legal malpractice suit by a former corporate executive who says he lost his job and was forced into bankruptcy when the firm dropped him as a client. John Joseph Edwards, the former president of Pilot Air Freight Corp., claims Duane Morris told him another client, Mellon Bank, asserted a conflict of interest. But now Edwards alleges Mellon never asserted any such conflict.
