Immigration lawyers outraged by DOL audit bulletin
Immigration lawyers from all over the country are up in arms over an announcement by the Department of Labor that aims to clarify the rules that can trigger audits of immigration labor applications. The DOL issued the "guidance bulletin" only weeks after announcing it was auditing certain applications filed by New York's Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, the nation's largest immigration law firm.
