In the latest round of enforcement against deceptive advertising, the Federal Trade Commission reached settlements Wednesday with four national retailers the agency accused of mislabeling rayon products as being made of bamboo. The retailers—Bed Bath & Beyond Inc., J.C. Penney Co.
