Fulton County, Ga., Superior Court and State Court judges squared off at a jury trial seminar at Emory University in Atlanta. The Superior Court judges prevailed. While the trial, complete with voir dire, witness cross-examination and jury instruction, was as realistic as time allowed, the order of the day was fun.
