Kennedys Partner Dismissed Following Client Money 'Irregularities'

Kennedys has dismissed partner Peter Lloyd-Cooper following allegations relating to as much as 1 million pounds in stolen client money. Lloyd-Cooper was suspended from the firm in May after the irregularities were discovered. The Solicitors Regulation Authority has cleared Kennedys of any responsibility, and the matter has been referred to the police.
