When a foreign corporation named in an antitrust suit challenges a federal court's personal jurisdiction over it, the court should look to the company's contacts with the United States as a whole, rather than with the specific forum in which the court sits, the 3rd Circuit has ruled in a case probing the auto paint industry. The plaintiffs allege manufacturers held secret meetings in which they agreed to "fix, raise, maintain and stabilize" prices.
