N.Y. Federal Judge Knocks Out Most of Mississippi's Zyprexa Case Against Eli Lilly
Mississippi Attorney General Jim Hood's aggressive posture against Eli Lilly in a case involving the controversial anti-psychotic Zyprexa hasn't paid off. In a decision issued Tuesday, New York federal Judge Jack Weinstein knocked out most of Hood's suit, which sought to recover billions of dollars that Mississippi's Medicaid system paid for Zyprexa.
