As the discussion gears up in the administration and Congress, one of the specific immigration bills that has been introduced is the DREAM Act, legislation that would provide relief to the estimated two million undocumented children in the U.S., brought or sent here unlawfully through no fault of their own. Though many aspects of the overall immigration debate are hotly contested, including issues like border security, job protectionism, and whom we should let in, most agree that the plight of these two million undocumented youth should trump all others.
