A federal judge has blasted two executives, who are also lawyers, for asking him to make allegations "disappear" after the settlement of a suit that accused them of "fundamentally dishonest behavior." American International Group had sued the executives, accusing them of stealing confidential information from AIG computers for use in launching a new fund. As part of the settlement, the executives' lawyer asked Judge Lewis Kaplan to vacate and seal a temporary restraining order issued against the defendants.
