Georgia Judges Face Issue of 'Wrongful Abortion'

The Georgia Supreme Court has said state law does not allow for medical malpractice suits claiming "wrongful births" -- cases brought by parents who would have terminated pregnancies had doctors warned them of foreseeable birth defects. But Thursday, a Georgia Court of Appeals panel faced a "wrongful abortion" claim from a couple who say a doctor's wrong information swayed them to end a pregnancy.
