The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit rejected Larry Silverstein's argument that he has priority over other claimants for insurance proceeds. The settlement resolves claims between companies that suffered property damage, such as Consolidated Edison, and aviation companies including United Air Lines and American Airlines.
