Pogo Sues Excite Over Failed Deal

Online games site Pogo.com Inc. is seeking damages of $100 million from Excite@Home Corp. after the Internet service provider canceled a merger between the two companies. Pogo filed the suit in San Mateo Superior Court in California for what it charges was wrongful termination of a $125 million merger agreement with Excite, which called off the deal in January.
