Judge Rips Milberg on High Fee Proposal

In an order rejecting a securities class action settlement, San Francisco Chief District Judge Vaughn Walker ripped Milberg Weiss for asking for too much money. At least 10 partners have fled, and some of the firm's top clients have replaced Milberg Weiss since the indictment.
