Coke's Outside Counsel Get Diversity Directive
Coke's legal department has created a strategy to promote diversity in the legal profession and sent a directive to its outside counsel with the inauguration of its annual award, "Living the Values." After reviewing diversity practices at its 18 U.S. partner law firms, Coke chose Shook, Hardy & Bacon as the first award recipient. "If you look at diversity in law firms generally, it's poor.
