In a continued push into the California market, Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo has snagged its second big catch in two months and opened a new office in San Diego. The Boston-based firm acquired 12 attorneys from IP boutique Fish & Richardson, including its corporate and securities head and the managing partner of its San Diego office.
