Brooklyn Museum's Funding Is Restored
A federal judge in Brooklyn made it clear that New York Mayor Rudolph Giuliani's decision to stop funding the Brooklyn Museum of Art in the wake of the "Sensation" exhibition violated the U.S. Constitution.
