Irish firm with big U.S. client base to merge with another Irish firm
Mason Hayes+Curran, an Irish law firm with a significant U.S. client base, has announced it will merge with one of Ireland's longest established firms, Arthur O'Hagan. The merger will go into effect on Oct. 1, and the new firm will go by Mason Hayes+Curran.
