Bar Examiners Craft Key to Lawyers' Fate
As nearly 50,000 law school grads tackled the Multistate Bar Examination this week, they may have faced the dreaded multiple-choice question that seems to have two correct answers. While the National Conference of Bar Examiners, which designs the bar exam, employs mainly law professors, attorneys and judges to draft the test, critics say it bears little relationship to the practice of law.
