Civil Suits Over Bosnia Languish

During the Bosnian War in the early 1990s, the rape and torture of Muslim women by Serb soldiers led to a pair of novel civil suits seeking justice for the victims in the U.S. court system. Both suits are pending in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
