Morris Manning & Martin has announced that residential real estate partner Louise M. Wells will become the second managing partner in the firm's 34-year history. She'll take over in January and will maintain her practice. Wells has spent her entire career at Morris Manning, which she joined in 1978, becoming the firm's first female lawyer and later its first female partner.
