Jeffrey Kessler is best known as a litigator for pro sports players' associations. But he's not just a meat-and-potatoes guy: He also knows a lot about the prices of eggs and potatoes, thanks to a five-year price discrimination case he brought on behalf of a food distributor called Feesers. This week he won an injunction against a major food service management company that he says will have a major impact on the food service industry.
