Martin R. Tilson Jr. has left Atlanta's Kilpatrick Stockton to join Burr & Forman as the partner in charge for its Atlanta office. Tilson, who once headed Kilpatrick's technology practice, is a corporate attorney who has handled a lot of technology deals. He is on the boards of the Technology Association of Georgia and Southeast BIO, a trade group that promotes the life sciences industry in the region.
