Scalia Says He's Proud He Didn't Recuse Himself in Cheney Case

U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia had some advice Wednesday for those who questioned his refusal to recuse himself from a 2004 case involving his hunting buddy, Vice President Dick Cheney. Howard. "I've never had anything close to this before," said Howard, referring to the judge's banning of Dr. Larry R. Williams of Florida. A hearing on the mandamus matter is scheduled for Friday.
