When the maker of Camel cigarettes ran a multi-page ad in Rolling Stone magazine in 2007, the 'Camel Farm' campaign caught the eye of, among others, the Pennsylvania attorney general's office, which filed a motion to enforce a consent decree against R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. for allegedly violating a 1998 agreement barring tobacco companies from using cartoons in ads.

More than three years after former Enron Corp. CEO Jeffrey Skilling reported to federal prison to begin serving a quarter-century sentence, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in his appeal today. Skilling is incarcerated in the Federal Correctional Institution Englewood in Littleton, Colo. According to the Federal Bureau of Prisons Web site, his projected release date is Feb. 21, 2028. The Supreme Court will look at two issues: the "honest services" theory of criminality that is included in 18 U.S.C. �1346 and the U.S. district judge's denial of Skilling's motion for a change of venue.
