New CNET General Counsel Has In-House History in Tech

Andy Sherman admits that he has, as he puts it, "high standards" when it comes to working with outside counsel. The newly appointed general counsel for San Francisco's CNET Networks Inc. has a reputation as a GC who grills his outside lawyers on their advice.
