Microsoft Pares Its Legal Army

The company also imposed a rate freeze until the program is finalized later this year.Yep--the 23,000-member group DRI, which calls itself the "voice of the defense bar" warns in a new amicus brief that economic disaster will ensue unless the U.S. Supreme Court reverses certification of the biggest employment discrimination class in history. Fourteen other high court amici seem to feel the same way.
