Discipline Report: Lawyer Resigns License, Another is Disbarred
One lawyer resigned his license in lieu of discipline, a Harris County lawyer was disbarred, and a Dallas County lawyer was suspended until March 5, 2013, the State Bar of Texas reported recently. The disbarred lawyer was cited for alleged violations of five rules, including the one requiring a lawyer to protect an ex-client's interests after termination of representation.
