N.J. Republican Lawyer Nominated to Fill Alito Seat on 3rd Circuit

Shalom Stone, a Republican lawyer from New Jersey, is the White House choice to fill U.S. Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito Jr.'s seat on the 3rd Circuit.
