For Convicted Cartel Lawyers, Heartening News from Arizona

A ruling Tuesday by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in the fraud case of former Arizona Gov. Fife Symington could result in a third trial for the two accused Cali cartel lawyers Michael Abbell and William Moran.
