Longtime IRS Lawyer Joins Nixon Peabody
Susan P. Reaman, a 30-year veteran of the Internal Revenue Service, has joined Nixon Peabody's syndication practice as counsel in the Washington office. Reaman authored �1.42-2, which involves the waiver of the requirement that an existing building eligible for the low-income housing credit was last placed in service more than 10 years prior to acquisition by the taxpayer.
