Wilson Sonsini to Blame in Mercury Case?
Former Mercury general counsel Susan Skaer has taken a lot of the heat for the stock option backdating scandal at Mercury Interactive. But according to a complaint in a shareholder derivative action made public recently, Skaer's former employer -- Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati -- deserves some of the blame.
