Where a voluntary, anonymous and confidential student survey relating to sexual activity and drug use was given without individually identifiable results, and administered only after fair notice to parents, there was no violation of the students' First Amendment rights; also, there was no violation of their right to privacy, or the parents' right to raise their children, since the information was secured from public exposure and society's interest in the results outweighs any invasion of privacy.
