Smith, Gambrell & Russell partner Michael Rubinger has left the firm for DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary's new Atlanta office, joining as a partner in the corporate and securities group. Richard Greenstein, the partner in charge of Smith Gambrell's franchise and distribution-law practice, will also join DLA Piper along with two other partners. Smith Gambrell managing partner Stephen Forte says the firm is "enjoying a record year ... .
