Four Del. Firms Raise First-Year Salaries to $145K
Slightly less than one year after the last associate pay hike in Delaware, four Wilmington firms have raised their salaries again. Morris Nichols, Young Conaway and Richards Layton first-year associates went from $135,000 to $145,000, and at Potter Anderson, all associates received a $10,000 increase.
