The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware in Wilmington has gotten closer to getting what it's wanted for years -- more judges -- with the tentative selection of four individuals for the new posts by the Office of the Circuit Executive for the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. The posts were created as part of the bankruptcy reform package passed by Congress earlier this year.
