Calif. Federal Judge Blasts Gang Prosecutors
At a Tuesday hearing in a capital gang case, Northern District of California Judge William Alsup said that the prosecutors' tactics are "slippery," making a "bogus argument," and "inviting the court to make an error." The judge said he plans to exclude from the case a bevy of witnesses, some of whom have key testimony.
