NYU School of Law forms non-partisan think tank on regulation

New York University School of Law has formed the Institute for the Study of Regulation, a non-partisan advocacy group and think tank committed to promoting economic analysis of environmental, public health, and safety regulation. The law school's dean Richard Revesz will serve as the institute's faculty director. The institute plans to publish reports, policy briefs and papers and to work with non-governmental organizations and state and federal regulators.
