Overturning a lower court ruling, the Arizona Court of Appeals found that the state's ban on cockfighting is not vague and unconstitutional. "The cockfighting statutes took the previous Arizona status of the law and turned maybe 20,000 or so Arizonans into potential felons overnight," says Eleanor L.
