An Egyptian student who was wrongly accused of possessing an aviation radio in a hotel room overlooking the World Trade Center on Sept. 11 filed a $20 million lawsuit against an FBI polygraph examiner Thursday. Abdallah Higazy charged that the FBI agent coerced him into making a false confession by threatening to have the U.S. government contact the Egyptian security services and make his family's life in Egypt a "living hell."
