More Than Falling Prices

As stores get bigger, so does the number of suits filed by shoppers who claim they got more than they bargained for. Texas is no exception. The Lone Star State is part of a nationwide trend accusing "super-warehouse stores" such as Home Depot and Wal-Mart of causing injury or death from falling merchandise. Bloodstains that didn't wash away were scrubbed off with bleach. Wall Street had been the target of an attack earlier that day-at 12:01 p.
