Ford Motor Seeks to Reinstate Jury Verdict in Wrongful Death Case
The Mississippi Supreme Court will hear arguments Jan. 10 from Ford Motor Co., which seeks to reinstate a jury verdict that it wasn't liable for the deaths of two students in a collision between a Ford Explorer and another vehicle. The students' families had claimed the fire that erupted was caused by a faulty fuel system in the Explorer, but the jury ruled in favor of Ford.
