NEW YORK AP - A former medical equipment supplier on Long Island has been accused of stealing more than $1 million in Medicaid funds by filing false invoices.New York State Attorney General Andrew Cuomo announced the indictment Thursday against People's Choice Surgical Supplies of Hempstead. He says the company was once Long Island's largest supplier of durable medical equipment.

Several Silicon Valley companies are breathing sighs of relief after learning that the SEC won't be taking any enforcement action against them for their stock option granting practices.
