Such thinking may cause a testator-former spouse to neglect to consider certain estate obligations created under a marital agreement. Of course, it may be that the ex-spouse intentionally fails to make testamentary provisions in satisfaction of his or her obligations under the agreement. What rights, if any, do those affected have against the estate of the delinquent spouse?
