The international fragrance company Coty, Inc. has signed a 16-year, 75,000 square-foot lease at 2 Park Avenue. Also, New Dance Group Arts Center sold 254 West 47th Street, the five-story elevator building where it has been running dance, acting, martial arts, Yoga and Pilates courses since 1955, to JMVP Realty, LLC for $7.4 million. New Dance Group will move to 575 Eighth Avenue where it will occupy the entire second and third floors under a 10-year lease.
